About Billie

I'm a mom of two, rural midwesterner, and an avid DIYer. I built my company on too much caffeine, not enough sleep, and cheez-its for added nutrition, and what a wild ride it has been.

I never set out to be an inventor or pitch on Shark Tank, but I like to believe that the universe dropped this opportunity in my lap and it was up to me to accept it or it would send it to someone else. So I took it and ran.

I always knew I was going to be an entrepreneur. I struggled in school, but it was partially because of my raging ADHD, and the fact I was always dreaming up business ideas. As a kid, I had the typical lemonade stand, and pitched to my neighbors on why they should pay me to mow their lawns. In high school, I built a business plan around renting out homecoming and prom dresses. Then a week later was dreaming up a coffee shop and a wedding planning company.

Years later after having my daughter, she's now the one pitching me on her "toy picker-upper robot" and "bicycle lawn mower." Funny how things come full circle.
